We start by smudging the studio & participants to create a clear environment full of positive vibrations... then, relax into an hour of bliss in our Private Studio as soothing sounds carry you away into a meditative state of healing to nurture your soul and achieve a state of wellbeing.
Our Sound Healing Practitioners & Reiki Masters create a full-spectrum, harmonic soundscape to attune and entrain your body & mind back into homeostasis while infusing Reiki energy medicine to facilitate deep healing.
Live Instruments include:
440 & 432 Hz Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls in 7 sound keys, Tibetan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Earth & Ocean Drums, Rain-Sticks, Soft Shakers, Xylophones, Tingsha Bells, Wind Chimes, A Massive 34” Symphonic Chao Gong and many more Soul Musical Instruments.

Join us and learn the basics of the 4 most popular Latin Dances: Salsa, Merenge, Bachata & Chacha, instructed by Carla Peralta, fitness instructor & Latin dancer.
Listen to Latin rhythms and perform simple dance moves just for fun, fitness, or to rock the floor when you go dancing.
No experience necessary. Beginners & All levels welcome, with or without a partner.
