Since 2013, Lana and her husband Lucho have brought their expertise and a dedicated team of practitioners to Southwest Florida, offering holistic healing and complementary alternative medicine to the community.
Lana’s hands-on healing journey began in 1994 with Acu‑Yoga, followed by National Certification in Massage Therapy and Bodywork in 1998 after graduating in the top 10% of her class at the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy. Her early work in a physical therapy clinic gave her valuable experience with acute and chronic injuries, muscular and neurological dysfunctions, and rehabilitation-focused massage.
Before founding Beach Life Wellness, she refined her spa and therapeutic skills at the Gasparilla Inn of Boca Grande, where she treated high-profile guests and honed her signature approach.
With over 27 years of experience as a massage therapist, esthetician, and holistic practitioner, Lana integrates anatomy, physiology, acupressure, massage, skincare, yoga, meditation, and energy work to support mind-body-spirit balance. Her advanced certifications span medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, acupressure, MPS Dolphin, microneedling, dermaplaning, nano fusion, ultrasonic and oxygen facial technologies, Reiki, hydrotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, Thai massage, hot stone therapy, bamboo fusion, cupping, Pilates, fitness training, yoga teaching, aerial yoga, Reiki Master training, and sound healing.
