⏰ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We truly value your time and ours. When an appointment is missed or canceled late, it affects our ability to serve other clients who may have requested the same time slot, and it impacts our therapists’ ability to be fairly compensated. That’s why we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments not canceled within this window will be automatically charged in full by our booking system to the credit or debit card used at the time of scheduling. This policy is applied consistently and without exceptions to honor the time and dedication of our team.

To help avoid any confusion, please make sure your contact information is up to date so you can receive our reminder notifications.

If you need to reschedule, don’t forget to cancel any existing appointments first to avoid duplicate bookings.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  

We ask that you please call when possible to let us know you are running late. 

As a Wellness Center and Health Care Provider, we are required by law to maintain and protect the confidentiality of your health information. You must give us written and signed consent to waive this confidentiality.
Your personal information is protected with us. We do not share your personal information under any circumstance with anybody except required by law or some exceptions that are strictly limited to defined situations that include emergency care, quality assurance activities, public health, research, law enforcement activities, consultation with other healthcare professionals, and in rare cases obtaining payment from third-party payers.
Any other disclosures for the purposes of treatment, payment or practice operations will be made only after obtaining your written and signed consent. 

Your credit card payment information is protected by our merchant "Square". We do not have access to the information on your credit card.

All sales on Products, Services and Gift Certificates are final. If the service you have pre-purchased is no longer desired, the balance can be applied towards another service or Gift Certificate. ​NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may request restrictions on your disclosures. You may inspect and receive copies of your records within 30 days with a written request. You may request to view changes to your records. Please note that we may contact you for appointment reminders, birthdays & seasonal greetings, special offers, announcements, and to inform you about our practice and its staff.
