If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hrs. in advance to avoid a $35 service cancellation fee.
The time of our team members is valuable, so in consideration of that, full payment of the service is expected due to no shows, or last minute cancellations.
All sales on Products, Services and Gift Certificates are final. If the service you have pre-purchased is no longer desired, the balance can be applied towards another service or Gift Certificate.
